S近20年来乌鲁木齐河下游地区生态系统服务价值的动态变化

Study on Dynamic Change of Service Values of the Ecosystems in the Lower Reaches of the Urumqi River in Recent 20 Years Based on RS/GIS

摘要: 利用TM卫星遥感数据,通过GIS方法,根据Costanza等提出的生态系统服务价值计算方法,对比分析乌鲁木齐河下游地区1989-2007年的土地利用/覆盖与生态系统服务价值的变化。结果表明:1989-2007年,研究区生态系统服务价值从1.95×109元/a增长至2.40×109元/a,而年增长率有所下降,从1989-1999年的1.71%减少到1999-2007年的0.47%;林地和水域面积增加及草地恢复,是其生态系统服务功能提升的最主要原因;研究区水域单位面积生态服务价值量最大,农田对生态系统服务价值的贡献最大;生态服务价值动态变化显示了其土地利用结构逐步合理化,今后应进一步加大森林和水域面积比例,严格控制耕地和草地向建设用地的转化。

Abstract: In this paper, the dynamic trends of land use/cover change and the service values of ecosystems in the lower reaches of the Urumqi River during the period of 1989-2007 are researched based on the TM data and GIS means. Referring to the ecosystem service value formula of Costanza, the results reveal that the total service value of the ecosystems in the study area during the period of 1989-2007 was increased from 1.95×109 yuan RMB to 2.40×109 yuan, but its annual increase rate was decreased from 1.71% to 0.47%. The increase of the total service value of the ecosystems was mainly contributed by that the service functions of the ecosystems was increased because of the enlargement of areas of the forests and waters as well as the regeneration of grasslands. The ecological service value of aquatic ecosystem per unit area was the highest, and the contribution of farmland ecosystem to the total ecosystem service value was the highest. The virtuous dynamic change of the ecological service value reveals that the land use structure was gradually trended towards a rationalization, and it should be paid great attention to the enlargement of areas of forests and waters and strictly restrict the conversion from arable land and grasslands to constructive land.
