摘要: 通过对1990年以来新疆气候变化研究的国内外文献资料的归纳总结,将新疆气候变化事实、影响、应对措施及预测等方面的最新研究进展进行了概括。结果表明:整体上,新疆的气候正在向暖湿化方向转变,这一变化事实导致了该区域水热的重新配置,对水资源和农业等都产生了较大的影响。
