摘要： 对2000-2009年气象部门收集的雷灾资料进行统计分析,研究新疆雷电灾情的时空分布特征、受损财物与受伤害人员情况等。资料包括97次雷灾事件,其中30次雷灾造成了31人死亡,15人受伤。新疆雷灾发生在3~9月,夏季占78%以上,6月最高。造成人员伤亡和财产损失的雷灾主要发生在11:00~24:00时,17:00~18:00时为峰值。雷灾致人员伤亡的雷击地点,发生在户外的最多。

Abstract: This paper analyzes statistically the thunder disaster data collected by the meteorological departments in Xinjiang during the period from 2000 to 2009, and the spatiotemporal distribution of the thunder disasters, person casualty and economic loss are also analyzed. The results reveal that 31 persons died and 15 persons were injured in 30 thunder disasters among the 97 thunder cases. Thunder disasters in Xinjiang occurred during the period from March to September, in which 78% of them occurred in summer, especially in June. The thunder disasters resulting in person casualty and economic loss occurred mainly during the periods from 11:00 to 24:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00 o'clock. In the casualty persons, the proportions of farmers and herdsmen, workers, students and others were 71%, 16%, 3% and 10% respectively. The most lightning strike sites were located in farmland and outdoors.
