干旱区生态治理及绿色基础设施构建——以新疆塔里木河下游为例

Study on Ecological Management and Building of Green Infrastructure in Arid Area —A Case Study in the Lower Reaches of the Tarim River

摘要: 以塔里木河下游为例,通过对当前生态恶化、水资源的减少,以及绿色廊道景观格局变化的成因分析,提出自然的河水漫溢是造成下游"绿色走廊"生态系统健康与否的主要原因。根据生态修复的目标,对下游生态需水的范围进行界定,提出生态治理的机制模式,营造绿色基础设施,并把其构思运用于空间格局的规划中,通过人工湿地构建一个既有网络中心,又有连接环节的水网络系统。以人工湿地为载体,集河流廊道、生态网络、景观地貌、户外活动为一体的绿色基础设施,采取一定的工程和自然措施加以维护,使得原始的植被自然发生变为人为干预与自然发生综合作用的结果,达到恢复生态系统的必要功能,以实现其自我维持。

Abstract: In this paper, the current ecological degeneration and the degeneration of the "Green Corridor" in the lower reaches of the Tarim River in Xinjiang, caused by shortage and reduction of water resources, are analyzed. It is found that overflow of the natural river channel is the main factor affecting the health of the "Green Corridor", and the mechanism mode of regenerating the ecology in such arid area is put forward based on delimiting the extent of ecological water demand for regenerating the ecology in the lower reaches of the Tarim River. It is suggested to design and build the stream system and the green infrastructure with artificial wetlands, river corridor, ecological network, landscape geomorphology and outdoor activities. The stream system and the green infrastructure should be maintained by taking some project and natural measures so as to change the original spontaneous vegetation into the vegetation under the combination of spontaneous regeneration and human intervention, and achieve the goal of regenerating the necessary functions of ecosystem and of realizing self-sustaining.
