稳定同位素技术在盐渍土研究中的应用

摘要: 简要介绍了国内外稳定同位素技术在盐渍土研究与改良中的应用状况,指出稳定同位素技术在一定条件下可指示土壤盐渍化动态,并为研究盐渍土形成机制提供新方法,同时可作为筛选耐盐植物品种的指标。最后,展望了从单因素影响转向多因素综合影响来考虑稳定同位素技术在盐渍土研究与改良中的应用,以及与其他技术方法结合使用并进行对比,以期为干旱半干旱地区稳定同位素技术在盐渍土研究中的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: It has been an increasing trend of the studies in ecological research using stable isotope techniques since recent two decades. In this paper, the progress of the application of stable isotope techniques in the study on soil salinization at home and abroad is briefly reviewed. As the new but useful techniques, stable isotope techniques have been widely applied in the studies on the dynamic change of soil water evaporation, soil salinization and soil improvement as well as the salt-tolerant plant breeding. However, the mechanisms of the impacts of various environmental factors on plant isotope composition need to be carefully studied, since most researches have focused on the impacts of single factors on plant isotope composition. To gain the insights in soil salinization and soil improvement, especially soil salinization in arid and semiarid areas, it is essential to combine and compare the stable isotope techniques and other methods, such as the field observation and remote sensing technology.
