Journal of Arid Zone Research Achieves New Record High Impact Factor of 1.6611 in 2020
Urumqi, China, April 19, 2024 - According to the 2020 China Science Citation Index (CSCD-JCR) released by the Center for Literature and Information of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the impact factor of the Journal of Arid Zone Research (AZR), co-sponsored by the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Chinese Soil Society, has reached 1.6611, setting a new record and ranking in the Q1 quartile in the fields of astronomy, earth science, and agricultural science.
AZR was founded in 1984 and mainly publishes innovative research papers, special reviews and comments, research methods, and applications of new technologies in the fields of water, soil, biology, climate, and environment in arid regions.
