Relationship between Protective Enzyme Activity of Haloxylon ammodendron and Edaphon Number in the South Junggar Basin

In this paper, the activity of CAT, POD and SOD of Haloxylon ammodendron growing in the south Junggar Basin was investigated.Moreover, soil moisture content and edaphon in the study area were also analyzed. Result shows that soil moisture content was decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth.The numbers of bac-teria and actinomycete were the highest in the natural sample plots, sample plots in the ecotone and artificial sample plots, which reveals that edaphon in the study area was very active, and
