Plant could respond to drought stress. This response included two respects. One is the adapation of the growth,structure and arrange of plant leaves and roots under drought stress.Another is the adapation of plant physiology under drought stress. This paper presented the latter.It included osmotic adjustment, hor-mone and protective enzye of mem brane system.
