摘要

在分析乌鲁木齐市水资源开发利用现状的基础上,对水资源开发利用中出现的问题作了初步探讨,在此基础上,结合乌鲁木齐市现阶段发展水平、经济承受能力和实施方案的可行性,提出切实可行的水资源可持续开发利用的基本对策,以达到扩大城市水资源环境容量,提高水资源承载能力,促进城市可持续发展的目的

Abstract

The article analyzed the actuality of water resource exploitation and utilization in Urumqi, primarily discussed the problems of water resources exploitation and utilization. Based on w hat has been discussed above and on the level of development and the feasibility project can be put into practice, this paper also put forward the countermeasures of water resources sust ainable ex ploit ation and utilization: ①Strengthen legislation of water resources protection, consolidated the management of water resources. ②Adjust industrial structure and improve the structure of water using.③Positive to construct watersaving city. ④Strengthen the construct of elemental es-tablishments, suitable utilize water resources.⑤Suitably develop and protect ground water resources. ⑥Created condition for moving water from outside drainage area. ⑦Strengt hen the publicized of water resource protection and enhance the people s awareness of the need to protect the environment.
