基于GIS的克拉玛依中部区域城市外围生态敏感性评价

Assessment of GIS-based Eco-environmental Sensitivity in Peripheral of Karamay City Middle Area

摘要: 针对克拉玛依中部区域城市外围存在的主要生态问题,运用GIS空间分析技术,选取土壤侵蚀、土地沙漠化、土壤盐渍化、生物多样性4个生态环境因素进行敏感性评价。结果表明:研究区以极敏感、高度敏感分布为主,极敏感区主要分布在石西公路以北、工业园区南部、无名湖湿地以及西部加依尔山山前地带,占37.38%;高度敏感区主要分布在石西公路以南除湿地外的广大平原区及西南部加依尔山山麓的部分区域,占51.71%;轻度敏感区和非敏感区仅在西部和北部加依尔山前零星分布,仅占0.76 %。研究区生态敏感性整体偏高,极敏感及高度敏感区域应严禁非保护性开发,中度、轻度、不敏感区域应在生态优先的理念下适度开发。

Abstract:

Based on GIS spatial analysis technology, and aimed at the main ecological problems in peripheral of Karamay city middle area. The ecological sensitivity factors mainly include soil erosion, land desertification, soil salinization, and biodiversity reduction. The results were as follows: the main types of integrated ecological sensitivity were high and extremely high. Extremely high sensitive areas were mainly distributed in the northern of Shixi road, the southern of Industrial Park, Wuminghu wetland, and the west of Jayer mountain, accounting for 37.38% of the study area. High sensitive areas were mainly distributed in southern plains of Shixi road expect Wuminghu wetlands, and the southwest part area of Jayer mountain, accounting for 51.71% of the study area. The mildly sensitive and non-sensitive areas were only distributed in the western and northern part of the Jayer mountains, accounting for only 0.76 %.The overall ecological sensitivity of the study area is high,non-protective development should be strictly prohibited in high sensitive and extremely high sensitive areas. Moderate, mild, and non-sensitive areas should be developed moderately under the concept of ecological priority.
