不同灌溉条件下干旱区葡萄生长发育研究

Vine Growth under Different Irrigation Conditions in Arid Region

摘要: 在甘肃河西走廊嘉峪关紫轩葡萄种植园,以当地滴灌条件下生育期内灌水量(CK: 360 mm)为参照,设置了4种滴灌覆膜水分处理梯度,研究3 a生葡萄梅鹿辄生长发育特征。研究表明:不同灌水量条件下滴灌覆膜处理对葡萄光合蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及产量和品质均产生显著影响,灌水量多的T3和T4光合蒸腾速率及叶绿素含量高于灌水量少的T1、T2和CK,但水分利用效率却较低;而脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量各处理随灌水量的减少而增加;膜下滴灌处理的产量和品质都优于CK,且T1产量比CK年平均高了2 009.78 kg·hm-2。可见,膜下滴灌有利于葡萄生长发育;T1处理是解决干旱区缺水问题的有效灌溉模式。

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted in Zixuan Grape Plantation, Jiayuguan, Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, the effects of four different irrigation gradients including 240 mm (T1), 300 mm (T2), 360 mm (T3)and 420 mm (T4)were compared with those of the local conventional drip irrigation with an irrigation volume of 360 mm (CK), and the difference of growth of 3-year-old vine Merlot Noir were explored.The two-year study results showed that the photosynthetic transpiration rate and the chlorophyll, proline and malondialdehyde contents as well as the yield and quality of grape were significantly different under different irrigation conditions.The photosynthetic transpiration rate and chlorophyll content under the treatments of T3 and T4 were higher than those under the treatments of T1, T2 and CK, but the water use efficiency was low.The proline content and malondialdehyde content were increased with the decrease of irrigation volume.The yield and quality of grape irrigated under plastic film were superior to those under the conventional drip irrigation (CK), and the grape yield under T1 was increased by 2 009.78 kg·hm-2 compared with that under CK.Drip irrigation under plastic film was therefore helpful to promote the growth of vine, and the irrigation pattern T1 was also considered as an effective way to relieve water shortage in arid region.
